How to make marshmallow fondant


This beautifully sweet and smooth marshmallow fondant is a delicious way to cover your cake
 
Ingredients:
 
300g Marshmallows
454g Icing sugar
 
Equipment
 
Weighing scale
Medium bowl
Mixer
Dough hook attachment
Sift
Microwave
 
Method
 
1. Weigh out the marshmallows into a bowl and place into a
microwave and microwave for 30 seconds intervals until the marsh-
mallows are completely melted.
 
2. Place the weighed icing sugar into the mixer with the dough
hook attachment, add the marshmallows to the icing sugar and mix for 5 
minutes or until everything is combined.
